General bonus terms and conditions:

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn

• Live odds may change continuously once a match has started
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, the bet will be voided and the original stake returned
• In cricket betting, results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method will be considered final
• JY 20 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds

All casino and slots game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator), verified through third-party audits. JY 20 does not interfere with game results in any way.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JY 20 platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus abuse or any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to place bets
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of manipulation
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Attempting to collect other users' personal data or engage in hacking
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a person under 18 years of age

JY 20 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms & Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Extended account inactivity (12 months or more)
• By order of a court or government authority

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance remaining can be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules. Self-exclusion requests related to responsible gaming are processed on a priority basis.

In the event of any financial loss arising from use of the JY 20 platform, JY 20's maximum liability is limited to the original amount of the specific transaction in question. Wins and losses from gaming are entirely the user's own responsibility.

JY 20 is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or third-party service disruptions. In such cases, JY 20 will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If a dispute arises, contact JY 20's support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the matter will be escalated for higher-level review. These Terms & Conditions are governed under international gaming laws.
